Ventilation balancing by modems makes the proportional method a simple task for just one person. With SwemaTwin, balancing a ventilation system takes half the time or even less.

When using the proportionality method, the relationship between the ATD (Air Terminal Device) and the reference ATD is most important. The reference flow can be obtained from another meter operator via radio, mobile phone or from the reference valve. For an exact adjustment, the value of the reference ATD may be required several times just to adjust one ATD. To save time, there is a risk of not setting the valve to the highest level.
By connecting TWO Swema instruments together via modems, one Swema instrument can be remotely accessed via the other. The display shows the true readings of both the adjusted ATD and the reference ATD. The ratio between the ATD to be adjusted and the reference ATD is also shown, minimizing time-consuming calculations.
